Shipping methods and the delivery time of your order
All packages will initially be shipped through PostNL, DPD, FedEx, DHL and BPost. The shipping costs will depend on the total weight of the package and the country of destination, and the delivery time will vary from country to country, from 1 to 30 business days. Before a package is shipped, you must take into account a maximum of three (3) business days processing time per order. This is because we pride ourselves in taking exceptional care of your products by using high quality and extremely durable packaging materials. That way, you do not have to worry about your products getting damaged before they reach you.

We strive to offer a versatile and innovatory assortment with mostly typically Dutch and typically Belgian products. But you will also find products from many other countries in our assortment. In total, we offer about 27,000 Dutch and Belgian products and our assortment will be expanded every month again. However, if there is a specific product you would like to have added to our assortment, please do not hesitate to contact us. You can inform us about your wishes at any time. When you want a gift voucher for a party or for other reasons, please contact our Customer Service: email@example.com or you can order a gift voucher automatically via our website. You can define the value of the gift voucher by yourself.
Our online shop
You can start shopping immediately. You have the possibility to browse through our isles and make your choice by clicking on the product you wish to buy. The shopping cart, which you will see displayed at the top right corner of the website, is a sort of a mnemonic for the products that you have added while shopping. If, for whichever reason, you choose not to buy a certain product, you can always delete this product from your shopping cart or modify the amount. While shopping, you will instantly see the total amount and weight of your shopping cart. That way, you will always know how much you have ordered and for which amount. When you have filled your shopping cart, you can click on "Proceed to Checkout". You will be asked to register on our website, so that we can properly ship your order. However, registration is not required. Even when you choose not to register, you will still be able to use our products and services. You can choose to receive our bimonthly newsletter in which you will find all our special offers and new products. After you have entered all of your information, you will have to choose a personal password. You can use this password during your next visit to quickly and easily log in to our website. Next, you will choose the delivery address and the payment method. You can also verify your order one more time to see if you have everything you need. After you have chosen your payment method, you will receive an e-mail from us with a confirmation and an overview of the ordered products. Moments later, you will be able to use your personal Track & Trace code, which will also be confirmed by e-mail, to closely follow your order. You can use your Track & Trace code to view the status and the current location of your package.

We have a Sales department specialized in B2B. We offer the possibility for your company to sell your products through our website. For more information, you can directly contact our Sales department. They will be more than happy to inform you about the possibilities we offer.
We also offer companies the possibility to order large supplies (from 250 items and more) of typically Dutch and typically Belgian products for wholesale. The more you order, the lower our prices will be. We will make sure the products reach you safely and in an impeccable state. Please contact our Sales department directly if you wish to sell our products in wholesale. They will inform you about the possibilities.
