Dutch Expat Shop now also offers various types of frozen products which you can order online, from croquettes and frikandels to delicious Dutch new herring or genuine Belgian mussels. Order now and your package will be delivered within 5 days! However, it may take a few days before the order is shipped, because the frozen products have to be packaged carefully and professionally. It is also possible to order regular products from Dutch Expat Shop and combine them with your frozen products in one shipment.
Dutch Expat Shop packages all frozen products in specially designed insulated boxes made from expanded polystyrene, filled with dry ice to keep your products frozen/cooled up to 5 days. Partially defrosted products that are still cooled cannot be refrozen and must be consumed within 5 days. Nevertheless, our experience shows that 99,9% of our packages are delivered in perfect condition and fully frozen.
All packages are for 100% insured, except when we are not able to delivery your package for example when you are not at home to collect your parcel or when you provide us the wrong delivery address.
